Apple Rejected Solitaire Pro. :(

Got some bad news from Apple just now … they rejected the Pro Version of Solitaire. :(

Here was the response we got from Apple:

We found that your application is using Game Center Leaderboard, however, you have not yet submitted the leaderboard for review. It would be appropriate to submit the Game Center leaderboard for review.

The crappy thing is … we DID submit all the game center stuff, we just forgot to click little button to enable it in the Pro version.

It’s kind of ridiculous to get rejected for something like that, but there’s not much we can do about it now.

We just fixed the issue (in 5 seconds), but the app will most likely not be reviewed again until sometime next week.

So sorry if this is an inconvenience for you, but please enjoy the free version of solitaire in the meantime.

Have a great day,

evertap

Hi, sorry to hear about Apple not approving your pro version but I wanted to let you know about something the lite version either isn’t or should be doing IMHO is the game knowing when you’ve lost rather than continuing to show a move back and forth of one of the cards in a list or singular card where a move is possible from one spot below to another infinitesimally rather than saying you lose or something and starting a new game possibly. I hope that makes sense and I would not doubt that you probably already do know that is happening but thought I would share my experience with the game with you.
    Regards,

Hi! Do you plan on signing “both” versions with Game Center. I notice that was one of the reasons hadn’t approved pro for and I know that it is “not” working with the lite version either. These are not Apple’s fault on it not being approved. And, I’m certainly not pointing blame to anyone since I’m not in the loop.

Yes, they will both be available on game center.

As for pointing blame … don’t worry … We’ll be the first to admit it was our faults … just sucks to go through the whole approval process again for a little mistake. :-(

It’s all good though … it’s approved now!

      Enjoy the game!

Hi Ryan, hey, for some reason the new FAR app which looks pretty great otherwise, but your app is telling me I have no Internet connection when I hit download. I then went directly to iTunes and D/Led another free game so it’s not my phone or WiFi signal.

FYI though, I personally really liked being able to read all the reviews first before D/Ling anything, mainly because they are sometimes more entertaining than the app best self.

I would think that there are a lot of people like me in that regard from comments I’ve read. Anyway Ryan, no need for a reply, just being a good citizen.

      Hey Jack,

Thanks for the comment, and sorry to hear about that connection issue.

Are you still having this problem?

If so, try restarting your device, and maybe reinstalling the app.

We’ve noticed a few people are having issues as soon as they update, but after restarting the app, it seemed to work fine.

Hopefully it’s working for you now… let me know though.
